Appointments and Reservations
To ensure availability of desired time, treatment and service provider, we strongly encourage scheduling at least 48 hours in advance. All reservations are secured with a major credit card. Walk-in appointments are welcome, and we will take every measure to accommodate your request.
At time of Reservation
Our front desk will assists you with planning your wellness experience, please inform the front desk of the following:
+ Allergies or medical conditions including pregnancy
+ If you have a gender preference for your service provider + If you have a request for a specific service provider
+ If you are celebrating any special occasions
Please arrive at least 5-7 minutes before your appointment in order to register and fill out the intake form for your best outcome treatment. Late arrivals are not guaranteed an extension of time in order to deliver the full service of the original booking and will still be charged in full.
All treatment will end as scheduled to avoid delay for the next guest.
Our service providers (Chiropractic Doctor, Acupuncture Doctor, and Therapists) are arranged specifically for your treatment. Should you need to change your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows and treatment canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled hour will be changed in full.
SPATHÉNÉE Wellness Center shall not be held responsible for loss of any items, cash, or valuables brought into the spa premises.
Our services are available to adults 18 years of age and over, unless accompanied by their parent or legal guardian of at least 25 years of age in the same treatment room.
Congratulations! If you are pregnant and wish a massage, please bring a doctor’s note with your authorizing massage therapy. If you cannot obtain a note, please at least speak with your doctor and get specific permissions to get a massage. This is strictly for your safety. Please tell us when you make you appointment that you are pregnant so we can pair you with a therapist trained in pregnancy massage therapy. Any treatment that raise you body temperature, such as wrap, aromatherapy, hot stone or infrared Sauna should be avoid for the safe of you and your baby.
Many treatments may be contradicted for you, If you are pregnant, or have high blood pressure, allergies or other physical ailments, please notify spa coordinator before booking so we may better guide you.
SPATHÉNÉE Wellness Center environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect the right of all our wellness guests to privacy and serenity. We appreciate you turning off your mobile phone while in the treatment area.
All gift certificates are non refundable, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and must be presented at the time of service. Gift Certificates for a Dollar Amount (ie. A $100 wellness gift certificate) for which you paid full price expire in five years from purchase date. They can be used towards any services or products at the spa, including gratuity. They cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates, or to pay for wellness membership. Gift Certificates for something specific (ie. special promotion package) expire in one year form purchase date. After one year we will still honor the gift certificate for five years form purchase date for the dollar amount paid. Gift certificates for specific treatment can only be used for that treatment. If you/ recipient wants a different treatment, she or he can use the certificate for the value paid for it and apply that amount towards any treatment she or he wishes.
TERM OF PAYMENTS
SPATHÉNÉE Wellness Center accepts the following forms of payments: Cash, Credit Cards, SPATHÉNÉE Gift Certificate and variety of insurances.
The payment is due at the time of service unless other financial arrangements are made in advance. We require all patients to pay their deductible, copay and/or coinsurance payment at the beginning of each visit. The office manager at SPATHÉNÉE will explain this information to you prior to your first visit. At the conclusion of your visits with us you may be billed for any outstanding balances. If there is a credit, you will be provided a refund promptly.
If you are covered by health insurance with (your practice's specialty) benefits, we will be happy to bill your insurance. Please provide your insurance information to the front office staff and we will verify your coverage as a courtesy. Accepting your insurance does not place all financial responsibilities onto this practice, and you will be held accountable for any unpaid balances by your plan.
Although we are contracted with most insurance carriers, our services may not be covered by your particular insurance plan. Being referred to our clinic by another physician does not necessarily guarantee that your insurance will cover our services. Please remember that you are 100 percent responsible for all charges incurred: your physician's referral and our verification of your insurance benefits are not a guarantee of payment.
We highly recommend you also contact SPATHÉNÉE Wellness Center to check into your coverage for (practice specialty). Do not assume that you will not owe anything if you have more than one insurance policy.
