• Automatic Renewal
: Your Monthly Massage/Facial Membership renews automatically every month. Subscription payments are processed on the 1st of each month for the upcoming month’s massage or facial credit. These credits are made available at the start of the month, provided payment has been successfully completed.
• Initial Payment: 
When you sign up, your credit card will be charged for the first and last month’s membership. The credit for your last month is accessible only if you give us a 30-day cancellation notice. For more details, please refer to the “Leaving the Program/Membership” section.
• Treatment Upgrades: 
You are welcome to upgrade your treatment at any time by paying the difference. Please inform our front desk when booking your appointment.
• Non-Refundable Credits: 
Massage and facial credits have no cash value and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Price Adjustments: 
SPATHÉNÉE reserves the right to adjust prices at our discretion, with a 30-day notice period provided before any changes take effect.

• No contract to sign. No annual fee. Your Monthly Wellnesss Massage/Facial Membership renews automatically each month. Payments are billed on the 1st of the month for the following month’s massage credit/ facial credit which is available the first of each month if payment cleared.
• To start, we need to charge your credit card the first and last month payment. The Massage/Facial credit for your final month will be released to you only if a 30 days cancellation notice is provided (Please see leaving the program/membership for additional important information).
• The Wellness/Facial credits have no cash value, and will not be refunded for any reasons.
• The membership is not transferable

• • • Flexibility to Cancel
: You can cancel your membership at any time. However, if you do not provide a 30-day notice, you will forfeit your final massage or facial credit.
    • Cancellation Notice
: To cancel, please send a written notice 30 days in advance via email to redondo@spathenee.com.
    • Credit Redemption: 
Your massage or facial credits can be redeemed at the membership rate for up to one year from the date of purchase.
    • Credits After One Year: 
If your credits remain unused after 12 months, they can still be redeemed, but only at the regular, non-member price.
