Your Health Coach focuses on what you can add, instead of taking things away, it can be overwhelming to think of all the things you’re not supposed to do. Instead the focus is on adding positive behaviors into your life. This could mean anything from drinking more water, to eating more vegetables, or being more active. You’ll be crowding out the habits that are not serving you by adding in what nourishes you.
Working with an IIN Health Coach is not about depriving yourself, it is about educating yourself so that you can make sustainable lifestyle changes and still eat great-tasting foods. Diets rarely work. The bigger the restrictions, the bigger the binge! A Health Coach works with you on more than just the food you eat, they help you investigate why you eat what you eat.
Your Health Coach will also talk to you about primary food & secondary food. Secondary food is all that you eat or drink, primary food is all the rest: work, relationship, social life, physical exercise, spirituality etc. All our primary foods, or lack of primary foods, influences our choices for our secondary foods & vice versa. All these factors flow together, in ways that may be conscious or unconscious. Your Coach will offer you the support & accountability you need to make sure these foods are in balance, helping you achieve your health goals.

What Is A Health Coach?
A Health Coach is there to support you in your health goals and challenges. They’ll set you up for success by working on the practical tangible & emotional aspects while supporting you. They’ll set up a program that will be custom made for you because you are unique, you’ll figure out together what your sustainable solutions are so you can maintain that success for a lifetime.
How Do I Know If Health Coaching Is For Me?
Are you struggling with knowing what to eat, confused about what is healthy? Have you tried dieting & are you tired of feeling deprived? Feeling confused on what you need to do to achieve your health goals? Are you having a challenging time moving into action? Are you feeling stuck and beating yourself up? If you’re struggling to achieve your health goals with your weight, lifestyle and /or if you need support with health issues or dietary restrictions, Health Coaching is for you.
What To Expect On Your First Call
On your first call you and your coach will go through your health history and together you’ll explore the reasons you want to work with a coach. This is a getting to know you call, this is where we’ll see if we’re a good fit. Next your Health Coach will be able to start preparing a plan of action to support you in your health goals and challenges. Along with offering ongoing support.
What Do I Need For Our Calls?
Your session with your life coach is time for yourself, make sure you are in a quiet space with no distractions or interruptions. Make sure you’re in a place where you feel comfortable & safe to talk freely. Be as honest as you can with your coach & yourself, remember this is a judgment free zone. Have a glass of water, a pen, & something to write in, like a journal or notebook. You’ll want to take notes.
What Are The Cancellation Policies?
To cancel or reschedule your call we ask for at least 24 Hrs notice. If you cancel less than 24hrs you’ll be charged 50% of the cost of your session fee. We understand that life happens, you can reschedule within the same week of your appointment with advanced notice however calls may not be rolled over into the following week nor are sessions refundable.

Tracy is a Certified Fearless Living Coach & Trainer as well as a IIN Certified Health Coach. Tracy has extensive knowledge in nutrition and health as well as fear and all of the things that get in the way of us living our best life. Tracy is kind, compassionate, and loves supporting others in their life and health goals. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family in Hermosa Beach.
